LatAm MFIs Are Innovating To Serve Clients: Prospero Report

The Próspero Microfinanzas Fund, a joint venture between Grassroots Capital Management and BIM Asset Management, has exited all investments. The fund invested nearly USD 17 million in equity and quasi-equity in 9 portfolio companies in 6 countries across Central and South America. With Prospero’s support, these portfolio companies reached 300,000 clients since 2015, loaning USD 900 million, and employing over 2,000 people .
